Asset Administrator - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a reputable Manchester based housing association who are looking to appoint an Asset Administrator on an on-going temporary basis, initially 6 months.

Asset Administrator - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Working within the asset management team, arranging access appointments for electrical inspections
  • Arranging for engineers and operatives to attend site, including ensuring they have correct site access
  • Dairy management for a team of surveyors/engineers/operatives
  • Maintaining data on internal systems and spreadsheets ensuring information is updated correctly
  • Managing a shared inbox ensuring queries or questions are responded to and that jobs are delegated accordingly
  • Liaising with tenants and colleagues, providing support and advice

Asset Administrator - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Extensive administration experience is essential
  • Experience within the social housing sector (housing association or contractor)
  • Must be available immediately or within a weeks’ notice
