Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Social Housing Maintenance Contractor who are looking to appoint an Assistant Contracts Manager for a temporary to permanent position based in the Manchester area

Assistant Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance Contractor - About The Role:

  • Your main focus of this position will be to support the Contracts Manager with day to day responsibilities
  • Capturing all costs on each job to ensure monthly profit and loss targets
  • Assisting with Risk Assessments for individual jobs including maintaining the Site H&S file
  • Investigating and arranging for all relevant documentation to be collated
  • Providing regular updates to Clients and Policy Holders
  • Work out timescales for all work to be completed and set targets
  • Overseeing a team of operatives over all trades ensuring work is completed correctly and on time

Assistant Contracts Manager - Social Housing Maintenance Contractor - What You Need:

  • The ideal candidate will have come from a trades background
  • Contract management experience for a Maintenance Contractor
  • Social Housing experience is essential
  • Strong IT skills
