Compliance Officer - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Compliance Officer for a permanent position based in the Manchester area.

Compliance Officer - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • To deliver effective management of Lifts and Water compliance across the region
  • Ensure up to date information relating to Lift and Water compliance risks including the maintenance and upkeep of risk registers
  • Ensure that all servicing, testing and inspections have been carried out correctly and any remedial works are undertaken on a risk basis
  • Ensuring that the service, testing and inspection process is fit for purpose and that certifications are appropriately recorded
  • Involved with the financial planning including costings, raising and allocating payments

Compliance Officer - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Knowledge of Core Housing Systems, Business Planning and Asset Management Systems
  • Track record of managing an area of compliance on behalf of a housing association
  • Extensive contract management experience
  • Excellent IT skills
