Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a successful Castleford based business who have experienced significant growth in recent years. The company work with a number of impressive clients, and are looking for a Credit Control Manager to join their successful team on a permanent basis.
The Credit Control Manager position will suit a hands-on individual who has previous experience working in a similar role.
Duties will include;
- Manage a small credit control team
- Chasing debt via phone and email
- Credit checking new customers and presenting results to FC for credit limits
- Administration of sales ledger accounts
- Reconciling statements to customer ledgers
- Investigating and resolving queries via liaison with internal and external departments
- Use of Sage
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a similar role
- Hold strong system skills - including MS Excel
- Be highly personable with the ability to resolve a broad range of queries in a professional manner
