Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a part-time Customer Service Advisor for a temporary ongoing position based in the Manchester area. This position is for a 33 hour per week for at least 6 months. 

Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact, assisting with Housing related calls relating to ASB, rent, tenancy management and repairs

Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Extensive experience within Housing
  • QL experience is desirable
  • Must be available for 33 hours per week, Monday – Friday
