Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a part-time Customer Service Advisor for a temporary ongoing position based in the Manchester area. This position is for a 33 hour per week for at least 6 months.
Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing - About The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact, assisting with Housing related calls relating to ASB, rent, tenancy management and repairs
Customer Service Advisor - Social Housing - What You Need:
- Extensive experience within Housing
- QL experience is desirable
- Must be available for 33 hours per week, Monday – Friday
