Finance Administrator

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with an well established organisation just north of Leeds city centre to recruit an Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Parking is available on site and the office is easily accessible via public transport.

Duties:

  • Working as part of a busy team of 4 covering all aspects of finance and administration for the company
  • Responsible for invoice processing and dealing with supplier queries
  • Take inbound calls
  • Data processing
  • General administration including; typing, filing and scanning
  • Utilising Sage Line 50 system

Person:

  • Previous experience within a split finance and administration role would be preferred
  • Past experience of Sage 50 would be advantageous but not essential
  • Confident on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems
  • Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment
