Fire Safety Officer - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Fire Safety Officer, on an initial 6-month fixed term contract based in Liverpool

Fire Safety Officer - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • To ensure that the Groups practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to property risk and Landlord Statutory Compliance
  • You will be responsible for the Fire Risk compliance areas and will have familiarity with the other areas as defined in detailed and defined compliance frameworks
  • Responsibility by managing and undertaking all periodic inspections required either directly or via specialist consultants
  • Compliance monitoring and reporting to provide assurance as to the implementation of policies and procedures

Fire Safety Officer - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Fire Manager Certificate or completion of Fire Risk Assessor Course approved by NEBOSH / IOSH
  • Previous experience within the Social Housing environment is essential to be successful in this position
