Head of Income and Contracting

Job Description

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Income and Contracts to work for a Public-Sector organisation in South Yorkshire on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Role:

  • To ensure contracts with commissioners are agreed and monitored to maximise income
  • To enable national PbR guidance is implemented appropriately
  • Experience of working with SLAM and PbR analysis
  • To lead on the completion and validation of the Trusts long term financial model
  • Responsible for ensuring all costing returns of Reference Costs, PLICS and Education and Training are delivered to the required standard
  • To ensure contracts are in place and SLA’s are managed correctly
  • Identify efficiencies through costing information
  • Negotiate and assist commissioners with queries
  • Experience of staff management
  • To lead and develop SLR within the organisation

Person:

  • Experience of working with Costing Software
  • The successful candidate will be methodical and possess strong MS Excel skills
  • You will have a knowledge of PbR and SLAM, and Contracting
  • You will be proactive, articulate and professional
  • You will ideally have NHS experience and be familiar with the Oracle system
