Home Ownership Manager - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Home Ownership Manager for a permanent position based in the Liverpool area.

Home Ownership Manager - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Your main responsibilities will be to manage and deliver a Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme
  • Leading the Home Ownership Team to deliver a Sales Service, ensuring that annual goals are met 
  • Lead on the delivery and managing risk for the Shared Ownership Affordable Homes Programme
  • Complete comprehensive market research for all new schemes
  • Prepare and manage scheme marketing budgets
  • Contribute to the new product development of low coast home ownership and intermediate tenures

Home Ownership Manager - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Previous track record of sales and marketing of the Affordable Shared Ownership product within a Housing Association
  • Experience of managing tenanted sales programmes such as Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy
  • Experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams
