Leasehold Officer - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Leasehold Officer for a permanent position based in Warrington

Leasehold Officer - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of leases and acting as the frontline contact for all leasehold matters
  • Working closing with the Finance Team to ensure that annual service charges are calculated and charged accurately, including ensuring that the service charge data base is updated
  • Undertake the conveyancing for the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications and ensure that timelines are adhered to at all times

Leasehold Officer - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Experience of leasehold management and preparing service change accounts
  • Social housing experience is essential
  • Excellent IT and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of Right to Buy or Right to Acquire applications
