Management Accountant

Job Description


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public-Sector organisation in Leeds to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing management accounts
  • Journal preparation
  • Answering and responding to costing queries
  • Financial reporting, planning and budgetary control
  • Financial analysis
  • Working alongside senior budget holders
  • Performing ad-hoc reporting duties

The successful candidate will be:

  • Hold advanced system skills - including MS Excel
  • Experience of the Oracle system is desirable
  • Previous Public-Sector experience is desirable
  • Ability to partner with Senior Management and present financial information
