Castlefield are working with NHS trust to source a temporary Band 5 Pathway Tracker to cover from ASAP for 3 months. This is an ongoing assignment and our client can offer a hybrid working arrangement may be possible once established, with 1–2 days working from home.
Band 5 Pathway Tracker
Location: Cambridge
Rate: £15 per hour + Holiday pay per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily review of the PTL at specialty level in collaboration with the administrative team.
- Communicate and escalate actions to operational management and clinical teams, ensuring accurate PTL information.
- Engage effectively with patients to support scheduling.
- Maintain clear arrangements for PTL management, including agendas, terms of reference, and action trackers.
Requirements:
- Previous NHS patient administration, medical secretary or pathway experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
This is an ongoing assignment until 31 March 2026. A hybrid working arrangement may be possible once established, with 1–2 days working from home.
