Payroll Officer (£21-25k)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a reputable business based in Central Leeds. They are looking for a standalone Payroll Officer to join the team.

Payroll Officer duties will include:

  • Complete end-to-end payroll duties
  • Process monthly payroll for between 600-800 staff across 2 sites
  • Set up starters and leavers
  • Manual calculations for tax, NI and pension
  • Process SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP
  • Produce VAT returns and P11d’s
  • Prepare and issue P45s, P60s and P6s
  • Process manual BACs and CHAPS payments
  • Payroll administration and ad-hoc duties

Person:

  • This role would suit an accomplished Payroll professional with end-to-end experience
  • Previous use of Sage Payroll desirable
