Quality Assurance Team Leader - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Team Leader, on a permanent basis in Leicester

Quality Assurance Team Leader - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Manage the delivery of the compliance inspection service, leading a small number of compliance inspectors and a quality assurance officer
  • Managing team performance and development
  • Planning of a rolling programme of inspections
  • Oversee the quality assurance activity and carry out high risk/high profile inspections
  • Carry out in progress or post inspections of completed compliance works

Quality Assurance Team Leader - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • HNC Building Studies or other equivalent maintenance or compliance inspection qualification
  • Proven track record of monitoring risk and health and safety compliance and carrying out inspections within a housing environment
  • Knowledge of gas, electrical, lifting, asbestos, legionella, building regulations, fire regulations, health and safety regulations and carrying out risk assessments within a housing environment
