  • Your main responsibilities will be to manage a small team of Repairs Planners
  • Motivating and performance managing your team, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Ensure effective planning of operatives within the responsive repairs team
  • Plan, assign and monitor work tasks for optimum team efficiency

Repairs Planner Team Leader - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Previous managerial experience is essential to be successful in this position
  • Experience of working in the Scheduling Repairs or Maintenance teams ideally for a social housing organisation
  • Knowledge of Opti-Time DRS is desirable
