Senior Administrator - Social Housing - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator, on a temporary ongoing basis based in the Irlam Area

Senior Administrator - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Routinely produce and evaluate management information from the ICT system.
  • Work with suppliers/stores to manage stock usage and materials
  • Obtain and organise all information required for the skills to perform the work
  • Verify all material, information, tools and Labour are available prior to scheduling
  • Be able to organise your tasks in an efficient and effective manner liaising with customers, colleagues, other trades and sub-contractors
  • Acting as the main point of contact and liaison between the client, customer and operations team for all appointments

Senior Administrator - Social Housing - What You Need:

  • Proven track record working in an administration role previously
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills
  • Previous experience working within a Social Housing or Construction environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
