Job Description

Role: Senior Buyer – Estates & Facilities

Rate: £27k - £35K

Location: Merseyside

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Buyer to work in the Merseyside area for an expanding Public Sector Organisation. The successful candidate will be working within the Estates & Facilities Department on a Fixed-Term basis for 6 months, but with a likely extension.

Role:

  • EU tendering and quotations
  • Taking the lead on a number of procurement projects within the Estates & Facilities Department
  • Working on high-value OJEU contracts
  • Contract Management
  • Supporting other members of the procurement team

Person:

  • The successful candidate will ideally have experience in facilities management or estates but this is not essential
  • OJEU knowledge is also desirable but not essential
