Nick Ogden - Director 

As one of Castlefield Recruitment’s founders Nick began his recruitment career in 2000 with a niche London based Finance and IT recruitment consultancy, before being approached by a new enterprise looking to establish a national presence. During his ten year career there, Nick set up new teams firstly in London and then the North West, establishing the company’s largest regional office with seven specialist teams. Nick has extensive experience recruiting across the North of England and works out of Castlefield’s Leeds and Manchester offices. He specialises in private sector accountancy and financial services, placing both permanent and interim roles.

Andrew Davison - Director 

Andrew is one of Castlefield Recruitment’s founders and has spent his career working within the Finance/Accountancy and Education/Training markets. Andrew began his recruitment career at a new regional office in the North West and was integral in growing the business into what would become the company’s most successful regional office within a two year period. Before setting up Castlefield, Andrew repeated this success by launching and establishing the finance division within a start-up business on a national level – a role he is now reprising for Castlefield in the North West.

Chris Oldfield - Director 

Chris is one of Castlefield Recruitment’s founders and has a wealth of experience working within the Finance recruitment market. Chris has been responsible for setting up two regional offices, playing an integral role in establishing their rapid growth and continued success. He has managed a number of specialist teams, with a particular focus on private sector accountancy and finance. Chris lives in Leeds and currently works with a wide range of clients across Yorkshire and the North East, ranging from SME businesses to Plc and FTSE listed organisations.

Jack Barnes - Associate Director 

Jack has built a strong reputation as a leading finance and procurement recruiter and is highly respected by both clients and candidates alike. Jack joined Castlefield Recruitment in 2013 and quickly established himself as a professional who consistently brings high calibre candidates and job opportunities together across the North. 



Dan Evans - Senior Manager – Social Housing Division

Dan’s consistent career achievements have seen him build a reputation as one of the foremost recruiters within the social housing sector. He started his career in 2007 with a national consultancy where he quickly progressed to manage their Social Housing Division. Dan replicated this success for a Bristol based recruitment consultancy, successfully establishing their brand in the North West. His tireless work ethic and dedication to candidate and client service has enabled him to stand out from his competitors. Dan is now responsible for leading the Castlefield Recruitment Social Housing Division - covering interim, contract and permanent placements. 


Hannah Robinson – Lead Resourcer – Commerce and Industry Finance Division

Hannah is an experienced finance recruiter who is now a dedicated resourcer for the commerce and industry finance team. Hannah has extensive knowledge of the market allowing her to deliver results effectively and prides herself on a successful reputation in the market place. Constantly winning respect from her straightforward and honest approach, Hannah continues to develop her portfolio of high calibre contacts across the North of England.

Chris Boocker – Principal Consultant - NHS Division  

Chris is an experienced NHS finance specialist recruiting across the North of England. Chris has developed strong working relationships throughout the NHS, based on excellent service levels and in-depth market knowledge.  Chris consistently provides access to a high proportion of the most talented interim professionals and desirable NHS opportunities across his geographical location.


Samuel Hitchenor - Business Development Consultant - NHS Division 

Samuel is a business development specialist for finance and procurement professionals across the North. He has achieved particular success in developing the Yorkshire and North East NHS market through his consistent focus on building relationships with the key recruiters throughout his geographical area.

 

Luis Covell – Consultant – NHS Division

Luis is a specialist recruiter for finance and procurement professionals into the NHS across Yorkshire and the Midlands. Luis has a particular focus on placing candidates from Band 5 to Band 10 in temporary and interim contracts under the Crown Commercial Service NMNC Framework (RM971).




Josh Watson – Consultant – Commerce and Industry Finance Division

Josh is based in Leeds and specialises in placing permanent candidates from part/newly qualified up to qualified senior management level. Josh has had great success in placing high calibre professionals across all industry sectors, with his honest and direct approach enabling him to establish and maintain relationships with some of Yorkshire’s largest organisations.

Emily Sayle – Compliance and Office Administrator

Emily is responsible for overseeing Castlefield’s compliance and administration function and brings a wealth of experience to this important aspect of the business. Emily works closely with all teams to ensure the highest standards of compliance are achieved, as well as overseeing all administrative duties. Emily’s experience and professionalism stand out immediately, earning her the respect of everyone who deals with her, both within Castlefield and externally.

 

Sam Moghadasnia – Business Development Consultant

Sam is a business development specialist for procurement, supply chain and finance professionals across the North and Midlands. He has achieved particular success in developing the North West Public Sector market and is now focussed on both the public and private sectors.

   

Tim Gillies – Consultant – Commerce and Industry Finance Division

Tim is a key member of the Commerce and Industry Finance Division in Castlefield’s Leeds Office. He focuses on permanent transactional, part qualified and administration roles within finance, working with a broad spectrum of industry sector clients from SME to FTSE 250. 

   

Victoria Percival – Consultant – Trades and Construction Division

Victoria is part of this specialist team, focusing on the supply of skilled trades staff to housing association DLO’s and maintenance contractors, across the North West. Victoria’s honest and personable approach have quickly established her as a trusted recruiter in this fast paced and busy market. 

   

Danielle Bambro – Lead Resourcer – Social Housing Division

Danielle provides full resourcing capabilities for our highly successful Social Housing team. Her knowledge and experience allow her to deliver results effectively and maintain Castlefields successful reputation in the market place. Danielle brings a wealth of experience to this role from a highly successful career to date working with both National Accounts and Contact Centres.

Denaise Dolot – Lead Resourcer – Public Sector Division

Denaise is a specialist resourcer for professionals who work within the public sector, including the NHS - CCS Non-Medical/Non-Clinical Framework (RM971), Housing Associations, Charities, Local Government and Education. Denaise supports a team who recruit across all corporate functions including; Finance, Procurement, HR, Communications and Project Management. 

   

Katie Ashcroft – Consultant – Social Housing

Katie has had a wide and varied work experience to date. She previously completed the graduate management scheme at Enterprise Rent-a-car and has spent the last two years in recruitment within the social housing and mental health sectors. Katie is now part of our specialist Social Housing Team recruiting to into housing associations across the North West, both on a permanent and interim basis.

Dominic Parkinson is a specialist recruiter for procurement professionals who work within the public sector, including the NHS - CCS Non-Medical/Non-Clinical Framework (RM971), Housing Associations, Charities, Local Government and Education. Dominic covers a wide variety of roles and levels including; Heads of Procurement, Procurement Specialists, Procurement Officers, Category Managers, Contracts Managers and Buyers.
