Callum joined Castlefield in August 2022 as a Recruitment Consultant having gained previous experience in the field. In the years prior to joining the organisation, he was a researcher within the recruitment industry, focusing on the recruitment of Sales and Operations personnel in the packing industry. Now Callum focuses on the recruitment of finance professionals within the Public Sector. Callum’s personable and driven nature makes him the ideal consultant for bringing in the best candidates to his clients’ roles, ensuring each position is diligently catered to. Whilst our Public Sector Finance team place professionals in roles across the UK, Callum primarily focuses on placing Qualified and Part Qualified Accountant in roles across Yorkshire and the Northeast.
