Accounts Assistant

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an international organsation based in Leeds city centre. The position will be joining a market leading company who are based in modern offices which are easily accessible by public transport.

Duties:

Key responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant position will include:

  • Credit Control duties including chasing of customer payments
  • Raising credit notes for customers
  • Enter approved purchase invoices and expenses on Sage
  • Request suppliers to provide invoices not received to support payments on account
  • Collect expense claims / carry out initial checks
  • Verify business spend of expenses submitted

Candidate:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous Credit Control/ Purchase Ledger experience
  • Past Sage experience is desirable
  • Have excellent communication verbal and written skills
