Accounts Receivable Manager | Interim - 8 weeks | London
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable Healthcare provider in central London in order to recruit a highly valued position in the organisation to cover a period of sickness the role offers hybrid working.
Duties will include:
- Manage and lead the accounts receivable team, conducting 1-2-1 meetings and reviewing strengths and weaknesses in the team
- Oversee the end-to-end receivable processes, including billing, invoicing, cash and collections
- Assisting with bank reconciliation transactions and allocating cash
- Maintaining back documents and keeping accounts up to date
- Liaising and dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Impacting and implementing continuous improvement to financial controls, policies and procedures
The successful candidate:
- Immediately available or on one months notice
- Previous experience managing a team in a large organisation - Essential
- Proven experience of improving and streamlining processes and procedures
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and manage high pressure situations
