Adaptations Surveyor – Local Government – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Public Sector organisation who are looking to recruit an interim Adaptations Surveyor. This role offers £36 - £39 an hour via umbrella with flexible, hybrid working and the possibility of going permanent.
Adaptations Surveyor – Local Government – About The Role:
- Attending tenanted properties with a view to specifying disabled adaptations based on the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist
- Cad drawing will be required when specifying ramps
- Sending specifications to our partnering contractor, reviewing quotes, issuing task orders
- Arranging asbestos surveys, project openings, work in progress inspections and joint hand overs
Adaptations Surveyor – Local Government – What You Need:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
- Experience of CAD
- Experience within a Local Government or a Social Housing environment is desirable
