Assistant Finance Business Partner | 12 month Fixed-Term | Greater Manchester | Hybrid

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a reputable organisation in Greater Manchester that are looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client offers various benefits including, flexi time, hybrid working, competitive pensions and generous holiday entitlements.

Duties:

  • To assist the team with all areas of the monthly management accounts

  • Journal preparation, accruals and prepayments

  • Assist the finance business partners with budgeting processes

  • Conduct variance ananlysis

  • Taking ownership of management accounts email queries; liaising with remote sites to develop relationships

  • Completing bank and intercompany reconciliations

  • Understanding calculation of care fees and maintaining accurate and up to date information within an Access database

Person Criteria:

  • Exposure to a management accounts environment

  • Highly IT literate: Microsoft Excel – Advanced

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Part-Qualified CIMA/ACCA (Essential)
