An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Operations Leader to work on an interim contact in the Midlands. The Trust are looking for someone to join their team at his busy time and lead on the following areas:
• Assist the General Manager with the smooth running of the A&E department
• Create improvement plans and assurance reports on directorate performance including 4 hour wait and Ambulatory handover times
• Continuous liaison and partnership working with clinical teams within the directorate
The successful senior Assistant General Manager will have a proven track record in the NHS and within the A&E Division.
