Assistant Management Accountant | £30,000 - £40,000 | Permanent | North Leeds
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading organisation based in north Leeds who are seeking an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Study support will be provided if required and on site presence will be required once a week. The company offer a strong company pension scheme, generous annual leave alongside a range of other benefits.
Duties will include;
- Significant role in assisting the preparation of the Group’s internal and external financial reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling 12-month forecasts
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
- Ownership of accrued/deferred income and liaising with the ledger team and project managers to assist with timely invoicing
- Acting as the finance lead on commercial contract checklists
- Preparation and support for internal and external audits
Person:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified finance professional
- An excellent phone manner and communication skills
- The ability to work proactively independently and part of team
