Assistant Management Accountant | £32,000 - £35,000 | Merseyside:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Social Enterprise in Merseyside who are looking to recruit a Assistant Management Accountant their busy and growing team. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with hybrid working, study support and a great benefits package.

Duties:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end accounts
• Preparing accruals and prepayment journals
• Completing complex reconciliations of key accounts
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Contributing to continuous process improvement and maintaining financial controls

Experience:

• Actively studying towards a professional qualification – CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, ACA
• Need to be motivated, driven and able to use own initiative
• Strong excel and system skills
