Billings Administrator| £20,000 - £25,000 | Permanent | Leeds City Centre

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well established and highly regarded firm looking to identify an enthusiastic Billings Administrator to join their business. They are based in modern Leeds City Centre offices and a very sociable working advert.

Our client will offer 2 days working from home and a strong benefits package.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to the Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Ensuring compliance with Money Laundering requirements
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing BACS/CHAPS payments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing client and office account cheque receipts, banking these daily.
  • Cheque production from both client and office account
  • Checking and raising bills
  • Dealing with all invoices and ensuring they are paid on time
  • Managing the petty cash procedure
  • Ensuring staff expenses are authorised and paid in a timely manner
  • Dealing with accounts queries and general administration of client matter files

Person:

  • Experience working within a Legal Accounts environment or a desire to get in the sector
  • Strong experience on MS Excel
