Building Surveyor  - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor for a temporary position (Minimum 6 months) based in the North Manchester area

Building Surveyor - About The Role:

  • Inspections of rectification works to be carried out on new build houses which have been identified by the customer
  • Carrying out pre and post inspections, making sure the work has been completed to the specified standards
  • Creating snagging lists for contractors to complete and overseeing this work to ensure quality assurance

Building Surveyor - What You Need:

  • Relevant experience in the building industry, ideally working within a housing association
  • Ideally experience in the handover of new build properties
  • Experience checking snagging works
