Temporary Mechanical Technician, Leeds, £25 - £29phr (Monday – Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary CAFM Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Manchester for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Estates Team, who provide a Hard FM service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;

• Plan and prepare work orders to provide a professional robust estates maintenance repair and lifecycle service to a number of Hospital sites including external off-site properties
• Provide technical advice to other estates staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Utilising the CAFM system, ensure that all areas of complex plant have lifecycle indicators to ensure that replacement can be planned in a structured and effective manner with minimal operational impact

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

• Engineering knowledge/expertise
• Knowledge of a variety computer based Building Management Systems
• Experience of estate related audits and control procedures
