The Client – Compliance Officer:

We are working with a well established housing association in West Yorkshire to recruit a temporary Compliance Officer, for period of 6 months. This role has potential to lead to a permanent position.

The Role – Compliance Officer:

  • You will be supporting the Compliance Team in the management of databases, collation of information and performance management monitoring 
  • Ensure accurate up to date records of the compliance work are maintained in relation to the following: Gas, Electrical, Asbestos, Fire Safety and Water Hygiene
  • Liaison with contractors and raising work orders
  • System management and administration 
  • Audit support 

The Person – Compliance Officer:

  • Experience in performance management of compliance related workstreams
  • Experience working with a social housing compliance or asset management team  
  • Previous experience working in a customer focused environment 
  • Strong IT skills
