Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Deputy IT Records Lead to join an expanding organisation in Leeds. The role is permanent, paying around £50,000 - £57,000 per annum, and the role is fully onsite across several hubs in West Yorkshire.
The Role:
- Monitor the transition project from paper-based records towards a comprehensive electronic records system
- Deliver the digital transformation change ensuring professional standards, operational effectiveness and all requirements are considered
- Manage the day-to-day and delivery of a complex cross-site records system, including performance management and monitoring of standards
- Provide timely and accurate information to managers, including progress forecasts for the organisation against targets
- Lead the provision of an information and analysis service, delivering accurate and effectively communicated information tailored for purpose
The Person:
- Adaptable, professional, and able to work autonomously
- Experienced leading a large team
- Understanding of digital records, and preferably experience going from paper-based to digital
