Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint an Environmental Services Supervisor, on a permanent basis in Greater Manchester

Environmental Services Supervisor - Social Housing - About The Role:

• Supervise a team of operatives 
• Post-inspections on work carried out by contractors and in-house team to ensure standards are met
• Reporting any concerns to the Team Leader
• Support the delivery of an excellent service by ensuring all duties of the operatives are completed 
• Ensure KPI's are being met 
• Contractor meetings/ appraisals and the assessment of tenders for work
• Site audits
• Attend resident meetings

Environmental Services Supervisor - Social Housing - What You Need:

• Knowledge of best practice in environmental services including Grounds Maintenance
• Abilty to work under pressure 
• Previous experience of managing a team 
• Good communication skills
• IT skills 
• Relevant Lantra competencies
