Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an EPR Programme Director role to join an expanding organisation in the Lincolnshire. The role is a 24 – 36 month fixed-term position that is predominantly is hybrid, and paying between £100,000 and £120,000 per annum.
The Role:
- Lead the development, mobilisation, and implementation of the of the EPR system, ensuring that the delivery is aligned to strategy
- Work with senior stakeholders both internal and external to deliver the programme
- Work with the CIO to establish and support the structure, embedding existing systems and programmes and implementing reporting processes
- Responsibility for the budget, timelines and quality
- Bring in a robust approach to communications, change management and stakeholder engagement for the programme
- Act as a source of specialist knowledge on the implementation of programmes
The Person:
- Proven in-depth experience of leading large, complex, transformational programmes from start of process to end of implementation
- Significant experience of managing strategic relationships from C-level down
- Proven people management experience with evidence of leading through change
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
