Erostering Advisor

Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading healthcare organisation that requires an experienced E-rostering Advisor (Medics / Doctors) for a fixed term assignment commencing in November / December. This is a fully remote role with an annual salary equivalent of between £35,392 - £42,618.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Responsible for the trust wide operational performance, management and development of the electronic rostering system for all staff groups
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to system users and act as the Trust lead in the maintenance of the system including upgrades and new version releases
  • To have direct responsibility for managing clinical and technical issues which arise with the system on a day to day basis
  • Lead on the Trust merger requirements for E-rostering, ensuring data is correctly migrated
  • Manage the E-Rostering Team and systems to ensure a fully integrated and robust rostering service
  • Develop robust systems for the purpose of staff training and development, document control, audit, evaluation and monitoring of system maintenance and upgrades

Key experience required;

  • Experience of an electronic rostering system, preferably Allocate's Healthroster system
  • Experience of close workings with senior managers and executives
  • Experience of dealing with clinical rosters
  • Experience of being a subject expert
  • Experience of engaging with end users
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
  • Able to provide technical support
  • Good attention to detail
