Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Estates and Facilities Senior Administrator to join a large Public Sector organisation in Oxford for a 3 month assignment (with possibility of extension opportunities). The assignment can start immediately and would suit a candidate who is available at short notice.
Role:
The duties will include;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Producing documentation, managing documentation and ensuring information is saved in appropriate drives
- Providing excellent customer service through inbound calls
- Provide admin support to areas which will include administrative and clerical tasks such as minute taking, use of databases, spreadsheets, storing data, managing utilities and word processing
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
- Significant experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Previous experience working within Estates and Facilities team
- Have a desire to be apart of a team and help with busy workloads
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Confidence when communicating with customers
- Strong organisational skills
