Estates Manager (Operations), £22.37 - £25.60phr (Monday – Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estates Manager (Operations) to join a large Public Sector organisation in Shrewsbury for a initial 6 month assignment (with extension opportunities). The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Maintenance Team, who provide an hard FM service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;

• High calibre Estates candidate sought for compliance work/reporting out

• Organising electrical contractors to provide services such as ECIR testing, Emergency light testing

• Advantageous for this person to also hold MGPS certification, any other HTM specialist would be a benefit

• Electrical snagging and reporting from Capital projects

• Ideally have HV/LV Appointed Person & Medical Gas Appointed Person

• Plan and organise work to co-ordinate with the wider team

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

• Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
