Salary: £10.29-£14.00 p/h Per Hour GBP
Contract: 6 months
Type: Temporary

Castlefield Recruitment are working exclusively with a local public sector organisation who are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to work with their executive team. You will need to be proactive and interested in working in a demanding role.

 

The role will be on a 6 month temporary basis and the client needs a candidate who can start at short notice.

 

The Role:

  • Responsible for managing the executive team's diary
  • Assist with the planning of the executive team meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
  • To receive guests and provide a telephone service in a professional manner
  • Meet the business’s service standards in all customer care areas
  • Maintain, request and deal with confidential information
  • Take ownership for the management of a committee

 

The Person:

  • Professional manner
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer services
  • Good level of written English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude is an absoilute must
  • Ability to take ownership and empower others accordingly
  • Professional, friendly, honest and open approach
