Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with an NHS Trust in London to recruit an Executive Assistant on an interim basis for an initial 3 months, with the possibility of it being extended and also a potential permanent role for the right candidate.

This role will initially be in office and requires someone with previous executive and/or personal assistant experience in the healthcare sector.

Duties;

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Nurse and Deputy Chief Nurse
  • To contribute to the smooth running of the Trust Offices
  • Extensive diary management and minute taking during meetings
  • Responsible for incoming correspondence on a daily basis

The Person;

  • Detailed experience as a Personal Assistant at Director/Senior Management level in a large organisation, including
  • Previous experience of diary management and working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurised deadline driven environment
  • Ability to minute meetings and transcribe minutes to a high standard
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using e-mail, telephone, or face to face
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with tact
  • Attention to detail and able to see tasks through to completion
  • Flexible, self-motivated, team worker - outgoing and resourceful
