Facilities Assistant, Leeds, £14.50 - £17.50phr (Monday – Friday)
Client:
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Facilities Assistant to join a large Public Sector organisation in Leeds for a 3 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension and permanent positions). The assignment can start immediately.
Role:
The role forms part of a busy Estates Team, who provide a maintenance service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;
- Assist in managing the maintenance contract including reviewing and auditing completed works
- Assurance and performance reporting on a quarterly basis
- Provide technical support for the team
- Investigating Hard FM issues and provide advice to senior team
- Record energy/utility data and ensure invoices reconcile with works undertaken
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
- Significant experience supporting FM service contract delivery
- Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
- IOSH and NEBOSH qualification
- Extensive knowledge of Hard and Soft FM
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and own transport
