Temporary Facilities Manager, Liverpool, £25 - £30phr (Monday – Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Facilities Manger to join a large Public Sector organisation in Liverpool for a 3 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Facilities team, who provide a Soft FM service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;

  • Work with Senior Management to improve service delivery for Facilities (Soft FM) services
  • Chair performance meetings
  • Respond to and investigate complaints
  • Assist with budgetary control and achieving value for money
  • Provide line management for in house Hotel Services functions

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Significant experience within Facilities/Hotel Services
  • Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
