Finance Business Partner - Childrens | 3 - 6 months + | Remote Working | Local Government

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Local Authority to recruit an Finance Business Partner within Childrens services on an initial 3 - 6 month interim basis (strong possibility for extension). This is an excellent opportunity to add value to a progressive organisation during a period of positive change. Key responsibilities include;

  • Playing a key role in the business partnering team
  • Providing a robust management and financial accounting service to the Childrens directorate
  • Providing expert financial analysis and advice to support work on service plans
  • Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across service areas
  • Understanding cost drivers and risks, and identifying opportunities for savings
  • Providing advice to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

The person;

  • Experience in Childrens services within Local Government
