Finance Business Partner | Social Housing | Manchester | Hybrid Working

Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester in order to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fixed term position and offers flexible and hybrid working.

• Deliver an effective finance partnering service to stakeholders across the team, improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance

• Be accountable for the accurate production of monthly and quarterly management accounts

• Partner with wider teams to develop and provide insightful and meaningful financial analysis and management information inform and drive process improvements

• Work with managers to undertake in-depth analysis of financial performance, producing reports and narrative to assist management control and providing business advice to address and rectify adverse performance

• Work with budget holders to deliver robust budgets and complete variance analysis on monthly results vs budgets

• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and audits

• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA

• Housing, property or facilities management experience would be welcome
