Finance Business Partner | Greater Manchester | Hybrid Working | 12 months fixed term
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a property management organisation in Lancashire in order to recruit a Finance Business Partner. You will join a growing team with ambition to develop high quality apartments in order to improve local communities. They wok on a hybrid basis and could offer opportunities to further your career.
Role:
You will work closely with key operational stakeholders to provide critical financial information.
Responsibilities;
- Producing management accounts for key areas of the company
- Providing finance support to budget holders across development and sales teams
- Maintaining financial reporting, budgetary information and to regularly reforecast the functional areas within both directorates and across the directorates
- Acting as the finance liaison providing financial reports and budgetary control
- Accrual and prepayments
Person:
The successful candidate:
- You must be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Experience of producing management accounts would be beneficial
- Gravitas to work with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
- Property or social housing experience would be valuable
