Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 GBP
Contract: 12 months
Type: Fixed

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an NHS organisation to recruit a Finance Manager (Band 7). This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive finance team within the NHS, supporting divisional areas during a period of change and operational demand. The role will be up to 12 months long

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial support and guidance to clinical and operational teams across the organisation
  • Produce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and forecasting
  • Support divisional budget holders with financial planning, business cases, and CIP tracking
  • Ensure robust financial governance and contribute to financial improvement initiatives
  • Assist with year-end processes, budget setting, and financial reporting requirements

 

Person:

  • CCAB/CIMA qualified or part-qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Available to start at short notice and work on a hybrid basis
