Finance Manager – Property & Assets | Permanent | North West | Housing Association
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a progressive and community-driven Housing Association to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the Property & Assets team and will be managing one direct report. The client offers great benefits such as hybrid working (2-3 days a week onsite) and flexible working hours.
Duties;
- Lead the development of effective reporting tools and financial data reports for the Property Services and Assets Teams
- Support preparation of programme returns and grant claims to external partners
- Contrast the results of stock condition surveys to Business Plan assumptions.
- Prepare fixed asset register and general ledger entries using data from the stock investment programme
- Prepare budgets for Property Services including analysis of different workstreams
The person;
- At least 5 years experience in a general finance operation, including general ledger management.
- Experience of the housing sector would be desirable.
