Client;

 

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an established organisation in Greater Manchester who are seeking a Finance Officer to join their growing finance team on a permanent basis. The role is onsite, offers a salary of £27,000 - £33,000, free onsite parking and great training/support.

 

Duties will include;

· Sending invoices out on a daily basis

· Dealing with external invoice queries via telephone and email

· Liaising with colleagues accross the organisation to ensure accurancey of data and speedy resolution of any issues

· Monitoring changes and adjustments to client records 

 

Experience needed;

· Strong Customer Service skills 

. Experience raising invoices 

. Strong experience with manipulating data

. Ability to analyse and process quantities of data

. Experience in a administrative role

. Ability to resolve issues and understand and apply complex regulations

· Strong MS Excel skills

· Good communication skills

. Pro-active with a excellent work ethic
