Finance Transformation Lead

Client;

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in the North West to recruit a Finance Transormation Lead on an initial interim contract for 6 months. The role will be paying £550 - £650 a day and can be purely homeworking.

Duties include;

• Overseeing the monthly monitoring of the financial performance, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard within the agreed timescales
• Providing interpretation of the monthly data and action plans for correction of variances and achievement of plan
• Producing and presenting financial reports to senior management
• Responsible for budgets and savings efficiency
• Overseeing business cases and financial models 
• The day-to-day line management for a team including, briefings, staff appraisals, training, delegation and overseeing the finance team

The ideal candidate;

• Experience of working in busy finance teams
• Adaptable to financial systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
