Financial Analyst *2 – North West – 45k
Castlefield are working with a NW based housing association in order to recruit 2* Financial Analysts to their busy team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in performing complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review. You will also support the business with it’s drive to improve value for money and business effectiveness.
Role:
Produce analysis to support quarterly forecasting and monthly commentary whilst translating financial data so it can be turned into information that is easily understood and fit for use by the business.
Responsibilities
Perform complex financial analysis to support cost analysis and review.
Produce financial information to the business to allow them to provide meaningful commentary for cost variances.
Provide analysis to support the forecasting and annual budgets.
Support the drive to improve value for money and business effectiveness.
Support the Finance Business Partner with producing reporting packs which are ad hoc in nature.
Maintain a strong network of contacts and stakeholders throughout the Group to ensure that the finance team are aware of any changes to services, staffing or growth opportunities.
Person:
The successful Financial Analyst will be/have:
CCAB/CIMA qualification is preferred
Advanced Excel - essential
Experience within social housing would be preferred
Availability to start immediately would be preferred
