Financial Planning and Analysis Accountant | Social Housing | West Cheshire | Hybrid Working 

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with a large and award winning social housing provider based in West Cheshire. They are a choice employer within the sector and are notorious for developing staff and aid them in excelling in their career. They have a large investment within their development team and need to ensure they have the right capacity in finance to manage this. 

• To produce commentary and analysis of the annual 30 year business plan for the group and 5 year plans for subsidiaries
• To review and update Business Plans on a quarterly basis analysing impact on the organisation
• To produce information and analysis for inclusion for returns to the Regulator of Social Housing, principally Financial Forecast Return (FFR) and Quarterly Financial Returns (QFR)
• To understand and calculate the impact of investment programmes, new initiatives and changing economic factors in relation to the group and subsidiary plans
• To assist with the long term planning of financial risk for the group, including scenario and stress testing of business plans

Person:

• Qualified or part qualified (CCAB or CIMA)
• You must have experience within social housing 
• You must have experience of using Brixx software
