Head of Finance Business Partnering | Housing Association | Agile Working and Excellent Benefits 

 

Overview:

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a North West based Housing Association in order to recruit a Head of Finance Business Partnering on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation who truly live their values on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities Include;

  • Lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Financial Planning,
  • Take the lead on the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the core business and wider subsidiaries 
  • Preparing and presenting management account reports to Board and Senior Management Teams Confidently and Professionally
  • Preparing Financial Key Performance Indicators, including sector scorecard and regulatory VFM Metrics
  • Support and advise key members of the transformation programme, including costing, business case review and monitoring of efficiencies
  • Leading a large team and supporting the wider business on key financial decisions
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.

The Person;

  • Relevant professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA 
  • Experience using Brixx (essential)
  • Social Housing experience (essential)
